The last year has seen several filming trips to Thailand and ongoing work making films for a farming and conservation charity. One moment I’m high in the rainforest canopy and the next I’m kneeling in a meadow filming the wildlife on a Dorset farm. There’s a mixture of cuttting edge moving camera techniques using cable dolllies and gimbals alongside more traditional slider work, natural history long lens and macro filming. I love the variety and believe this diversity is also the best way to showcase our world and engage viewers, whether for a specific cause or for wildlife appreciation and conservation in general.
